+5 Chult rings item binding issues

Hello. I originally submitted a support ticket for this, but customer support told me this was not something they could fix and to post it in the forums because it's a bug.

Recently I acquired some +5 Chult rings. When I equipped them on my character, they became bound to character instead of bound to account as the other +5 rings. Is there any way to make the rings account bound instead of character bound?

+5 Dinosaur Slayer and +5 Shadowstalker bound to my CW. Also a +4 Shadowstalker went BtC when I equipped it on the CW.

However, I have equipped other +5 rings to my CW, and they remain account bound, as they should. I can swap out other +5 rings with different characters and have no problems. Only my CW goes BtC.

The rings do not have any armor kits added. They are not marked as protected.

    Did you equip enchants to the rings that are bound to character?

    What he means by this is the Heart of Fire enchantment is bound to character; equipping this automatically makes the ring bound to character and not account.

    or any Enchant that is BTC for that matter.

    No. None of the enchants are BtC.
