Crown of the Undead - DC AC Does not pull

When you use a Daily power, you pull all enemies within 20 feet towards you, stunning undead enemies for 3 seconds. (30 second cooldown)
This works perfectly for me except when I am DC AC and use Anointed Army. I've only run Flame Strike / Hal Ground and AA so I havne't tested all dailies.. but when I throw say HG.
Your Undead Pull deals 25 Poison Damage and the Mob is pulled towards me.
But when I throw AA on the same mob (tested in Stronghold with no compan) the mob does not get pulled but does get

Which when running with AC and tossing AA this crown is useless for mob control
