Can't Launch Game

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
The game will not launch for me (PC). I enter my password, click play, and see the black "Cryptic" screen with load bar. Load bar completes then it crashes to windows. Things I have tried:

Force Verify
Launch in Safe Mode
Uninstalled/Reinstalled
Restarted computer several times
Tried to Verify Integrity of Game Files on Steam but it's grayed out

I am not a brilliant tech. Ideas? I've been searching on and off to fix this via google for about a week. I'm about to call it a day and uninstall permanently.

    try finding the neverwinter exe (not the one that launches the arc app) in your game files and right clicking on it and running as admin
