renaer salvation quest not available

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I have unlocked it in Campaign - but can´t get it.
The weekly guy don´t give it to me and so i can´t unlock the last bit bank heist :(

Need to finish the quest - there is no quest

    I had the same thing. Turned out I had the quest but it was not listed in a way I could find it in the journal. Go to River district and talk to the envoy near the ship.

    there is noone near the ship :(
