No reward granted from gold in Many Coins Bank Heist

After completing a gold run in bank heist I w
as awarded no reward. It simply says gold but I got nothing and I am not capped.

    thank you it appears to have counted 10 in my weekly haul even though I didn't actually get the 10 currency

    I've heard this can happen if you (or someone else in the queue group) doesn't leave the old instance before re-queueing.

    it was a completely new q group when entered but sadly no dev comment or response. Anyone know on average how long it takes for a response on a bug issue. Been 5 days now.

    Still no response. I am sure the devs are busy making another filler mod, but maybe someone could look into this issue for me. It has thrown off my acorns for a few weeks now so its taking extra time to complete these boons.

    This has happened to me twice now, first time our q group had not left the previous instance after completing, Second time we had all left instance and had included a new member to the q.

    I can see you are frustrated at having to wait a whole extra week for 1 boon, but its not exactly a showstopping issue. As a developer myself tracking down the cause of a bug, replicating it, fixing it and testing the fix and then getting it released to a live environment do not happen overnight in general. So even if you had got a response (during the holiday period - devs are allowed time off as well) getting a fix in place would always take longer than a few days.

    I did MBH 2 mins ago...it said gold reward but we got nothing...made a picture if u need proof

    So its been over a month and still no word. I will assume this report landed in a trash can somewhere and they are too busy to look into it. In other words "Working as intended."
