Getting error for Lost Idols limit

For the Chult campaign, I am getting an error message that I am past my weekly lost idol limit. I have a current weekly limit of 150 lost idols and I am at 123 lost idols. When I do the lich lore quest to turn in for Makos/Eku's favours, I get this error message. The quest only rewards, three lost idols.

    I got the error yesterday opening about 40 chultan riches chests I had saved up for the 2x refining points event. I checked my campaign and I had 0/125 lost idols, but was receiving this error when I opened a chest. I received the other items in the chest, just no idols.
