Winterfest Fishing: Treasure of the Drow

I reeled one in but the Well-Travelled Stranger has no concept of it. Neither does any other NPC on the Twilight Tor map that I have met. Am I missing something? Or is it a puzzle that we are supposed to solve (with no clues)?

    There is a vendor, but you need at least 5 Treasures.

    Just re-checked in case it was patched. Nope, Well-Travelled Stranger buys 4 or 5 other treasures (5 of each) but not Drow. Please tell me which vendor accepts it?

    Fey, Tyranny, Dark and Frozen although they may have different names they come from Well of Dragons, Sharandar, Dread Ring and Icewind Dale.

    No, apparently there is a new, 5th treasure called "Treasure of the Drow" that's getting fished up this year, but there is no vendor to exchange them. Presumably, they would be used to get Underdark/Maze Engine campaign currencies, but the merchant never got updated.

    Hopefully it will be sorted by the end of the fest. Hopefully.
