[PC] Foundry Broken

On both my account and my friend's account, the foundry is critically broken. In Layout mode (the one I typically use to place things in relation to the terrain) all we see is white boxes (with corresponding symbols relating to foundry-related things) while in the other mode, we see all the symbols on what is basically a black map.
