ITC will not proc after a dodge roll. It takes nearly two seconds to trigger.

    I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    You cant use ITC during any encounters or at wills anymore either.. major handicap to trs.

    This is the version of ITC that we rejected a few mods ago.

    Hopefully they will change it back again to the previous version.
