cant enter neverwinter says need to upgrade my direct x to 10 or higher

Hi,
i used to play well the past three days but now it says i need to upgrade dx 10 or higher mine is already 11 dont know what to do and my graphic card is fine too. I'm providing my system information too let me know please if i need to do anything.

    Try going in the launcher command line and write -d3d11enable 1

    Genius! That worked. Mine said d3d1enable 0, so I changed it to a 1 and everything's fine. Many thanks. :D

    This may be a stupid question, as i'm not computer savvy. Where do I find the launcher command line?
    I'm having the same issues and my specs are similar to above.

    On the launcher Siberia, in the top right corner there's an "options" button, click that, then scroll to the bottom to find your client command line.
    A while back, some people were suggesting that folks should add the " -d3d11enable 0". When we ended DirectX 9 and 10 support recently, you have to remove that old command. But I thought we made the command do nothing anymore in a recent patch, to avoid this confusion...

    Try to change screen resolution!
    Если после fall creator update не работает NeverWinter - измените разрешение экрана на меньшее, а потом обратно! Мне помогло
