Also, are you sure you mean deflect severity and not deflect chance?

It is well known that impossible to catch has a bug that grants TRs 20,000% deflection chance. However, this bug is harmless since you gain 0 benefit to stacking deflection chance past 100% and impossible to catch says in its tooltip that it is supposed to grant you 100% deflection chance.

If TRs were able to get 1,000,000 deflection severity like you are claiming, that would have a very noticeable effect on TR performance and probably would have been caught and reported by many people ages ago. So I ask again, if you really do mean deflection severity, can you provide this picture you mentioned?

That's for deflection chance, ITC fix doesn't affect deflect severity.

Here is the exact wording the devs used in those patch notes:

"Impossible to Catch: Now grants 100% deflect (down from 20,000%)"

Also, to make it more clear that the ITC bug being fixed has no effect on deflect severity, here is a picture of this bug on live. Click this picture to make it clearer, its kinda blurry on forums:

As mentioned this is actually the Shadow Demon Active Bonus... it only shows like that until it is triggered. Then there is a cool-down for 30 seconds.

It used to last a short while so through a few hits, but that was fixed for my class... not sure about other classes but presume it only procs once per 30 seconds for everyone now.

It can still have its uses but is far less effective now. It is basically so you take 0 or 1 damage from a massive whack. Back like when Orcus in CN was the toughest boss he would only hit you for 1 instead of millions.
