What is the point of this power? Was it ever useful in mods prior to console release? Currently, it doesn't work as intended. Using it on other players is useless. Massive cooldown. It's literally a wasted option in my opinion.

    The use of this power is when hotshot Twitch "stars" try to show off their epeen.

    Apply Imprisonment to boss when buffs go up and then pass the popcorn.

    Clearly the best use for this spell devised since its inception. Absolutely the only reason to ever load it.
