Why did my Sharandar Campaign VANISH after I claimed the reward for "Unlock Malabog's Realm?"

I had run the "Key to Malabog's Castle" node 4 times, so luckily I have some of those, but I had only done the first few boons as the latter required rewards from Malabog's Realm so I had to unlock it first. Now the whole Sharandar Campaign is no longer listed in the active Campaigns section. It was gone immediately after i unlocked Malabog's Realm.

I haven't spent anything on Zen yet and I don't want to HAVE to to complete this campaign. Is there anything that can be done? Are there Devs/Admins in the game that can help? I can't figure out how to reach one.

    Technically u completed the campaign. I play on xbox one and ps4 u can still go into the completed section and do boons and make keys etc. But the boons are not considered progress in campaigns.
