Changing loadouts with different gear does not swap them in the right place

I noticed this bug after the recent patch.
Whenever I change loadouts (e.g. PvE to PvP) my current gear gets placed at the top of my inventory, rather than swapping with the gear where I placed them in my inventory. Prior to the recent patch it was working correctly and would swap them.
Also, even prior to the patch, there was an issue with different artifacts sometimes not swapping in the correct place, but being put at the top of the inventory instead. This usually happened when I swapped more than 1 artifact around, and the positions of them changed.

I should have been more clear in my thread. I don't think it matters which class the character is, switching loadouts dumps every replaced item into the top bag.
