  They are using the 64 bit client again, so that could be causing the issue.

  I have the same issue. And yes it is more than likely the 64 bit client that is causing the issue as when I click to using the 32 bit client it loads fine. Hopefully this wont transfer to live when this patch goes live tomorrow.

  Hoping someone can help, one my 3rd email to tech support and they keep telling me I need to link account and go to options window to do so. I have and not such option is in my options window. I am having a problem with mail, when I take items out of mail the disappear as in hit the square the item leaves the mail but doesn’t show up in my inventory. Incident #180401-000569. They say they can’t help unless I am linked but this option isn’t there . I sent pictures showing no link option. Can someone please help because we are just going round and round.
