Mod 13 - return of the permanent stealth sab

With the upgrade in damage to oppressive darkness and shadowy opportunity, add in high hp and tenes, the perma stealth sabs will be back full force. (Just my prediction)

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

    perma stealth trs "are back" a long toime ago... if you do pvp regularly you can see some permas around...

    Basic stealth based build with Chittenang or manes masks
