With /showdevui open I get the following warnings
WARNING: Over memory budget limits. Run the /budgets command to open
WARNING: Over performance budget limits. May not run at desired framerates.
WARNING: FileWatcher is not running. Performance will be degraded. Please enable FileWatcher.
I have 16GB of RAM; the game uses barely over 1GB. I have another 8GB of graphics memory, the game uses only 716MB. Frame rate hovers around 60fps without vsync. The /budgets command doesn't exist. I haven't the faintest idea what FileWatcher is.
Does anyone understand what these warnings are about? I'd be grateful if someone could shine some light on this.

i'd like to know how to reduce the amount of information shown so i only see the fps, which doesn't show up with /showfps unless also using /showdevui
