Artifact refinement does not allow another artifact to be chosen.

I am trying to refine my lantern of revelation. I have a couple upgraded heart of dragons(lvl 59). When refining any artifact (including a new heart of dragon, I can not choose any of the artifacts in my inventory.

    If it is a heart of the red dragon, it cannot be used for refining. This also applies to any reclaimable artifacts. If you scroll to the bottom of the list while inspecting the heart of the red dragon it reads "May not be used to refine other items". Last I checked this labeling was hit or miss.

    HAMSTER. I just wasted almost a month of power stones and 200k AD.

    I can’t refine Lathanders into another Lathanders. Only option I have is to turn it into RP which doesn’t give a lot. Pretty sure 12b removed the whole using feeders things.
