Starlight parcels disappeared after the maintenance

Unbelievable. One parcel I got yesterday disappeared on each of three characters. Other two still have it.

    Are you sure you didn't open them? The vouchers to claim the parcels will disappear after 24 hours, but the parcel themselves shouldn't have disappeared. If you can verify that the parcels did actually disappear, I would highly recommend that you file a ticket with Customer Service but I haven't heard of anyone else's parcels disappearing over the downtime, so yours might be an isolated incident.
