Launcher Maintenance clocks are wrong!

If we look the Maintenance message, then it is saying it will be happening 7-9AM Pacific Time and (14.00-16.00 UTC)
UTC time should be changed as servers are reset with the old time and do not take count of the daylight savings.
If servers have Maintenance 7-9AM Pacific Time it should be (15.00-17.00 UTC) in the launcher message.
This is 2nd week the Maintenance message is incorrect.
