Just wondering why half orc isn't considered viable for HR.

    With the amount of stats flying around these days at high levels, race isn't as important as it used to be, so yeah, why not.

    Probably human is one of the best choices, simply for extra feats.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Probably the one that says "at wills damage enemies not targeting you by blahblah%" or whatever. Last rank top.

    Races offers some options. Depends on if you PvP or PvE. Some are better than others. Half-orc isn't bad, but you lose out on WIS and only gain faster movement and ~3% more damage on crits. Human you lose out on +2 to a secondary stat and gain 3 meh heroic feats.

    I think female half Orc rangers look pretty awesome.

    A nice change from the elves I mostly see in the game.

    I made my Angua von Ubervald a female half-orc ranger :smile:

    Yeah, race doesn't carry the weight it once did; if you like how you character looks and its fun to play, then go for it.

    Think I'm gonna go human. Just respecced to combat for pvp, so anything to boost at wills. I also miss my beard.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    I played a few races with reroll tokens, ever since I went Drow though I have never looked back. Great looking and decent stats... Also decent passive in Darkfire which reduces an enemies Defence.
    Main - Rydia (HR70) - Xbox One Player only

    Storm (SW70), Edge (TR70), AD Farm (CW70), Grunt (GF70), Rosa (DC70), AD AD AD (GWF70), Your Mum (OP70)

    I just finished getting my half-orc HR to 70 and had a great time doing it. Certainly seems like a viable option to me.
