    Can't test it yet because I'm working for a power point to drop for me so I can test the damage bonus.

    I think the correct answer right now is: Sometimes.

    According to friend who does a lot of testing on the Preview server, the offhand bonus seems to work for a bit, then goes away. I have no idea - nor does he - what is causing this. You're probably better off choosing a different bonus for now.

    TBT all of the offhand bonuses have been flaky lately I have noticed this since mod 10 started I have used Pathfinders action Lone Wolf and AOTP and they are undependable at best but AOTP does the most so I stay with it
