Brutal LAG in StrongHold (Dragonflight), WoD (Dragons Runs and Temple of Tiamat)

Hi guys, how are you ? I hope fine.

A couple of months ago, i update my windows to 10. I have a I3, 4gb RAM, Saphirre R7 260x and 2MB broadcast. The game runs smooth in major areas of the game, but in StrongHold (Dragonflight), WoD (Dragons Runs and Temple of Tiamat) i have 2k, 3k of ping and cannot play. When the guild mates stop hit the boss, than, i'm back and the ping go to down again. I tried Support but is the same, bla bla bla.

Sorry for my english, this is not my main language. Thanks for the help guys.

    It seems that the use of certain powers can significantly increase the lag you get when you have 20+ players in the same location.

    The DC Astral Seal power is reported to be the worst one and in the Zerg group I run with, it is simply banned.
    Hoping for improvements...

    Doesn't it have to do with how you built your char. rather then just the at will skill you use ? Proxing a certain laggy feat??
    Also i believe there was a mention of not using astral shield as well and something about anointed army as well.... ?

    The Astral Shield thing is a myth, based on the fact that both Astral Shield and Astral Seal are abbreviated as AS. Astral Seal causes lag, Astral Shield does not.

    For paladins, being Justice-specced with the feat Prism can cause lag if you use a daily, so OPs who do a lot of large-group activities should probably not take Prism. It's much better than it was, but can still cause lag in certain cases (40-man Dragon Herald runs especially).

    I must say that the lag during the all-OP Tiamat was really not bad, and I am sure many of us were using Prism. I had a lot more trouble in the all-HR Tiamat run.

    Speaking of HRs, I'm not sure which power causes the lag -- something in the Pathfinder paragon. I'm sure a knowledgeable HR can speak up on the matter.

    tyranical threat-warlock bargain- damnation puppet and sw fury puppet after a succesfull kill with killing flames. IMmolation spirits also. I Will ask once more again what i can do about those powers to stop affect me. what is their connection with the graphic settings?

    I found out something that may reduce lag during dragons run.

    under options, advance, set reduced file streaming to off.
