FPS fix? Need help with better frame rates!

AMD 1.4GHz APU
AMD Radeon HD 7310
6 GB Ram

i am getting around11 FPS out of combat, 8 in combat and 4 in a dungron...
does anyone have anything i can do to help my computer run better frames? i tried overclocking and either did it wrong or it did nothing.

    I fixed the title so no more shouty caps, and moved this to the technical support forums.
