Don't panic - some people can be waiting a week to get their Zen.
To get an idea of how long it might be, go to the 'Sell Zen' tab and see what the value is to the left of the 500AD listing. The higher it is, the longer it takes for you to get your Zen. (Currently, it is over 2.9mil.)
