Hey all,
As the Xbox Service for Purchase and Content Usage is currently Limited, users may experience Zen Market issues such as buying an item and not receiving it. Never fear! Once the service is restored on Microsoft's side, you'll automatically receive the item again. If you don't, please contact our support. https://support.arcgames.com/

    Is there an issue with Mastercard? I get the message saying contact bank. Is it because my MasterCard is Australian?

    I'm having trouble purchasing zen as well this morning at like 1am it worked fine. Now it's telling me to try a different payment method.
