Auto-Targeting Broken

Lately, I've had to run without a companion out because quite frequently, when I'm casing heals or even offensive abilities (I play a Cleric), my character auto-targets on my companion. Even if he is behind me, my character will spin around and target him.
The same has been true with heals. I've had my heal spells auto-target the enemy. It makes healing more difficult than he needs to be.

I just run without a companion. However, it still randomly locks on to enemy targets when I'm trying to heal.

Something similar happens with my Hunter Ranger when i use Rain of Arrows.
Sometimes my aim can suddenly target another player.

I stopped using auto target a long time ago. I found it spun the camera around too often leaving me disoriented.
