A suggestion:
Slightly modify the foundry editor to allow players and guilds to create their own "house". This could be a hut, a castle, a simple house, a mansion, a dungeon type thing, anything you can currently make in the foundry. Players could design it any way they want.
The catch is, because it is unique to that player, and only they and those to whom they give access, can have access, the housing would cost AD. Every item in the house would have an associated ad cost, and some special bop items would cost zen. Of course a guild castle complex with multiple buildings would cost million(s) a small simple house 50-100k. There would be a campfire that could come in many forms (which could be upgraded), a bank chest, display cases, furniture (sorry you can't sit lol), places where your idle companions can chill, a mailbox, possibly a vendor.
Premade housing would be available from the zen market of course.
I think this would be very popular and require very little from the devs beyond the initial foundry editor alterations, and zen market items.
