Fashion body piece in head section

After converting all of my fashion equipment into my library, both of the body paints went to the "head" area, and are not usable.

They were on head on PC before that Mod too. I remember I could never equip it anywhere else, but thats also how you can equip clothes over it, so that's I think intended.
You can't see any body paint when you got it on, even when "naked"?

Hmm... I'll have to look. I was clothed when I noticed it.
