Game not launching after Uprising update

Can't play the game after update. Losing my VIP keys. Game begins to load and crashes to dashboard at orange spinning wheel every time. Already tried reinstalling 3 times and hard reset of Xbox multiple times. Would appreciate advice on how to fix and refund of my keys. Thanks.
