will we launch with the increased odds or do we need to sit on them longer like grumpy penguins?

    I asked this question of a friend who is "in the know", and was told that, yes, we will get the patched version of the box with the increased odds rather than the starting odds PC got with Mod 17.

    friends who are in the know don't interest me. if I were looking for word of mouth I'd have asked all the local gossips who so often get it wrong. I'm looking for an official word. I expect we should get the increased rate but around here it's not a given.
