Barbarian Blood Fury bug

1. Log into a level 80 Barbarian Sentinal.
2. Find any test dummy(I used strongholds).
3. Make sure to equip Blood Fury feat and Primal Fury encounter.
4. Attack target until you can enter Unstoppable, then press R1.
5. When rage meter gets below 40, use Primal Fury.
Intended purpose: While Unstoppable the Rage cost of Primal Fury is reduced to 0(only mentioning this part of the tooltip, since this part is the bug).
Actual results: While Unstoppable and the Rage meter is below 40, Primal Fury is unable to be used as intended with the Blood Fury feat equipped. Please look into getting this addressed.
