Server down? Plus quest cancellation mess us up?

The new quest where you need to do 4 FEs first told me it was 'renewed' when I logged in earlier today.
Does that mean the 2 FEs that I have already done no longer count towards the 'new' quest it re-gave me?

    My cousin just told me that when you re-receive the quest, you do keep credit for FEs you did.

    I got hard dcd too , whilst changing toons, saw an Account Ticket Timeout error message pop up on screen, UK so Dragon International server, all good now though, green for go right :)
