legacy campaign problem

today i took all 3 legacy quests problem is 1 of the quests is curse of icewind dale heroic's i quickly completed the 3 heeroic encounters but spent the next 8 hours trying to complet the 1 epic heroic encounter i completed remoraz hunt 3 times and the encounter where you have to mine the black ice 3 times never completed the legacy campaign quest
