Counter changed on fail attempts for upgrades?

Saw today now a 10% chance has a counter of 0/30, up from 0/15. Fairly certain the cap was 1.5 times the percentage, 2% was 1/50 was a 1/75 cap for fails, now is 0/150. Seems across the board unless already had a counter started. I had 1 dark 11 that had counter 3/30. Other 11's have counter of 0/50. Not sure if this was already announced.

You sure you were looking at the current enchantment rank at the top of the upgrade window, and not at the new enchantment rank at the bottom of the window? Counters still look the same to me.

They look the same, until you hit upgrade. The rank 11 says 0/30 until hitting refine, then counter is now 0/50. Old dark had 3/30 on rank 11 and kept old counter. Everything else rank 11 says 0/50 on the actual refine screen. 5% on enchant chance is showing 0/50, artifacts 5% 0/30 still. Have to hit refine and the counters are all backed up from the previous rank counter. Rank 11 took 0/30, now rank 10 are saying 0/30. Rank 14 counter was 0/150, now its gone and rank 13 is 0/150, rank 12 0/75(up from 0/50), rank 11 0/50(up from 0/30), rank 10 0/30( up from 0/15, this one hurts most I think), rank 9 0/15(up from 0/8, also hurts).
