Cleric class feature prevents another class feature and a feat from working

There is currently a bug that prevents "Angel of Life" feat from working if you have slotted the class feature “Swift Prayers”. You will still get all 30 buffs for casting healing spells (divinity based), x30 will then convert to a in-between temporary buff, then you have to press TAB once to finaly convert it to Angel of Life effect for free casting heals effects - BUT YOU CANT. The in-between buff stays untill it expires, no matter how hard you try pressing tab.
“Swift Prayers” also interfere with the earliest class feature cleric has (far left) the one that heals you for 25 magnitude while holding tab. Without “Swift Prayers” healing procs as intended, but it wouldnt show up in HUD (but is seen in combat log). WITH “Swift Prayers” it shows up but combat log shows it as +0 hp heals (and it is precise).
