In the final fight of a 1-rune ME, the giant enemy crab walked off the edge of the arena.
Rather than do something decent like stop at the edge, teleport to the center, or die and give us his loot, he clipped into level geometry, untargetable, with 5% of his max health remaining. Taunting us.
