Sharandar Campaign will not unlock "Assist The War Effort"

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
Okay, I’ve finished the two previous missions twice in Sharandar Campaign, and I still can’t unlock Assist The War Effort. Here is the link.

Please help or unlock it for me. Thank you. This must be a bug.

    Power Points are probably disabled for any kind of purchase as they are being removed from the game in mod 16.

    I just checked (on the PS4) and it does appear Assist The War Effort is now locked out.
