Ring Leader Achievement

Back when we were first starting Chult, I received the Dino Slayer+5 ring from sirrish. Since then, I’ve replaced and deposited said ring in my coffer for the guild marks.
Recently, I decided to grind out Ring Leader. I spent the greater part of a week running loops in soshenstar to get the trinkets and fangs, and a group of us ran the hunts. I received my last +5 according to the collections, but no achievement. According to the achievement log in the journal, I never had the +5 Dino slayer. I Do have it in collections.
Before anyone suggests, I did file a ticket, and the response told me to report it here...nothing about awarding the achievement, just a bug report here....so here it is.
