Demon Hunter in Caer-konig

I have a new example. I just picked up the quest 'Surface world problems' I have to accept a quest from a demon hunter in Caer-Konig yet again the pointer is black. Does anyone know where in Caer-Konig this demon hunter is so I can continue?

    So sorry for the double post for some reason the forum was not saving my posts but I think it was an issue with Chrome. Seems fixed now.

    If you talk to the Arcane Brotherhood contract person, proceed up the hill a bit, and they'll be on your right, next to another quest giver.
