Completed the entire event received 145 coins of tales told and didn't get my fabled chapter on Xbox 1 I was under the impression I would get this after the event and 135 coins gained please help me

I also asked support they directed me here and didn't help one but

So for the third time I have run the tails event to get no credit for completion. This time I took a recording. This is aggravating as now I can’t get the fabled chapter! Do you have to save up to 135 coins then you get the chapter?
