Is Black Ice Shaping Still Achievable?

I happened to notice as I was skipping past the steaming mounds of rotted pre-15 profession supplies that the Black Ice components were still untouched. I initially gave up on the Workshop after fighting with the "tutorial" for an hour or so and getting nowhere, but if Black Ice Shaping is actually something that mere mortals like myself can reactivate without spending zillions of AD, I might be tempted to fight with it a bit more.

It still exists, you just have to physically travel to the black ice forge in caer konig

With the m15 changes, no, Black Ice is no longer a profession as such.
