Bug: Staggering Challenge grants 100% damage buff to subsequent Griffon's Wrath hits

See the title. Also, I was not the original one who found this "feature."
Staggering Challenge is normally supposed to be "0/20%/20%" buff on Griffon's hits 1/2/3, but somehow, the buff got turned into 100%/100% on hits 2 and 3. Also, any additional points past the first in the feat do not increase the potency of the Griffon's Wrath bonus, but additional points correctly buffs Knight's Challenge.
*For the test, used a level 70 moon elf GF with Rank 2 Griffons with 17 STR and 1000 damage weapons. Used against Stronghold dummies with 0 DR.
This is with 0 points in the feat. The damage on Griffon's Wrath seems fine to me.
Put one point in the feat...
First hit deals 3977.2, then the subsequent hits two and three deal 7954.5.
7954.5/3977.2=2.000025.... close enough to 2.0x as long as you consider for ACT's rounding.
Yeah, I don't know how this "1+1 buff" mixup happened again. Apparently, SWW really meant "Scourge Warlock's Wrath" before it was (finally... ish) fixed.
