OP Oathlord armor bug

Ever since Mod 15 dropped the Paladin Oathlord armor on human males looks all jacked up.
The shoulder pads were sucked into the character so that they tightly hug the shoulders which is causing the cloth part of the armor to clip through the shoulders. The armor looks fine on other races/genders. Seems like only human male.

The female armor looks fine. The shoulders are not directly clung to the character and allow the cloth to pass under the shoulders. This is how it looked before mod 15 on the males.
