Not sure you'd call this a bug, but more of an inconsistent behavior.
I previously purchased the Feywind Pack and Reclaimed it to get the new Fey Bag that comes with it now.
The weird thing is that if you have the Loamweave Enchantment equipped, it prevents the pack from being opened. You get a message that the Loamweave enchant is unique and you can't have another one. The pack remains unopenable until you destroy your original Loamweave enchantment.
This is fine because you get a new Loamweave enchantment when you open the pack.
Now there's one more thing — if your Loamweave enchantment is just in your inventory or your bank, the Feywind Pack will open without issue and simply does not give you a second Loamweave enchantment. ... you don't get an error message about having a unique item.
I'm assuming the later is the intended behavior and the 'unique item' error is some auto-check mechanic - which frankly is pointless. The armor enchant is character bound and even if you could somehow dupe it, you can only ever use one.
