Lady Begum 'Sell All' issue

With South Sea commissions requiring literally millions of credits, and many of the items to trade are non-stacking so they have to be sold one by one (hundreds and hundreds of times, if you use those items), and the fact that there is no 'buyback' option on the South Sea commissions store... the 'Sell all' function is frequently useless.
Unless you happen to catch a day where Begum is taking only the things you have to sell, and not any of the glue, or ingredients, or potions, or tools, or gear that you are using for yourself or your companions... you often can't click the 'Sell All' without losing something you had planned to keep.
The South Sea store should allow you to right-click on an item in the Sell window and remove it. Better yet, mark it Protected (as with other items) so it doesn't show for sale until you remove protection.
If I am missing some obvious way around this limitation/awkwardness, please feel free to let me know!
