so why do we have access to the mod 15 great hall decorations if they dont have a spot yet

name says it all pretty much bought one plundered thayan statue or 4 for my guild from a mm in our alliance and low and behold the warehouse doesnt have a spot yet for them i mean all i gotta ask is, why release those items now instead of having them in the patch when you release MOD 15 to us
