Race Reroll token check

When purchasing a race reroll token, we need to go to the character selection screen to then use it. That's not a problem, what is a problem is that the check to see whether a player has a race reroll token is available is done on game launch and not on character loadout screen.

This means that the player must end the game completely and then relaunch it. That's an annoying hindrance to give to the player.

I'd suggest moving the "Race Reroll Token Check" to the start of the character selection screen and not in the Game Launch section of the code.

I'm listing this under bugs and not suggestions as I think this is a bug in the "business process"

I just usually do a log off from the character, this will reset the game for a race change token. It is very similar to change character but just pushes you to the main screen before the character screen.
