Transcendent Vorpal Enchantment Bug

1) Log into XBOX One and Level 70 Trickster Rogue, enchantment at log in screen displays as normal.
2) load into protector enclave or any zone and enchantment flickers the glow or isnt visible at all.
3) go to character sheet, enchantment displays as normal but I disable enchantment effect and then enable it to see if it fixes it. No luck.
4) Log into spouses separate XBOX One console and character, form a group and go to zone where my TR is. From other console looking at my TR the enchantment displays as normal. However looking at my console it still flickers or doesn't display at all.
5. Enchantment should be glowing solid with no flickering.
