What replaces "Summon Salvage Anvil" in VIP?

Since salvaging is going away soon on PS4, I am wondering what will take the place of the "Summon Salvage Anvil" VIP Benefit?

    Summon Seal Vendor. But, not soon. Console mod change will not be until sometime in January.
